Trailer.dev runs container-based workspaces and layers a few platform features on top of them. This section covers the ones you will use most.
Access control
Section titled “Access control”- Permissions and access control: admins, ownership, host capabilities, per-resource grants, and the transitive rules between them.
Workspace access and routing
Section titled “Workspace access and routing”- Workspace URLs and routing: expose services running inside a workspace at public URLs, served either through the agent proxy or through Traefik. Covers domains, the reverse-proxy routing mode in depth, authentication, and TLS.
Hardware
Section titled “Hardware”- GPU and NVIDIA acceleration: attach GPU and DRI devices to a workspace for hardware-accelerated workloads.
- Resource monitoring: the agent reports container resource usage and health back to the server for display in the UI.
Virtual desktops
